List of PIOs for Institutes/Offices/Branches under the provision contained in Section -5 (1) of RTI Act, 2005

In compliance of the directions contained in the Administrative Reforms Department, Govt.of Haryana, Chandigarh letter No. 5/4/2002-IAR dated 30.9.05 and of even No. dated 14.10.05 and as per provisions contained in section-5 and 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the following Officers have been designated as the Public Information Officer, the Assistant Public Information Officer and the 1st Appellate Authority in Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya Khanpur Kalan (Sonipat)

2. The University has approved its Rules (Regulation of fee and cost) and internal procedure for dealing with the applications for disclosure of information/ documents under the Right to Information Act, 2005.A copy of these rules is enclosed for information of all concerned.

3. The information regarding appointments made under the Act has been displayed on the notice boards in the University and alongwith the rules & procedure is also being put on the University website-www.bpswomenuniversity.ac.in for the benefit of public information.
